Bought cookware in April it was not delivered although the tracking record indicated it was delivered. Contacted seller he sent another tracking number but noticed it eas being delivered to another town. Contacted seller agent after weeks I asked for a refund. Tommy Hurry confirmed a refund had been issued in August. After a few emails checked his reviews and realised my case as not isolated.. he has done this to everyone in the reviews section.
